Responsibilities
- To promote friendly and highest standard of customer service to all visitors.
- Perform ticketing functions and promote latest promotions to visitors.
- Respond to emergency situations effectively and report any collisions and accidents to Manager in a timely manner
- Assist and communicate to resolve customer complaints.
- Provide information about rides and attractions, rules and regulations.
- Ensure compliance to operating guidelines.
- Participate and assist in events.
- Other ad-hoc job as assigned by superior.
Tanggungjawab:
- Mempromosikan khidmat pelanggan yang mesra dan bertaraf tertinggi kepada semua pelawat.
- Menyediakann tiket dan mempromosikan promosi terkini kepada pelawat.
- Bertindak balas kepada situasi kecemasan dengan berkesan dan melaporkan sebarang kemalangan kepada Pengurus dengan cepat.
- Membantu dan berkomunikasi bagi menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan.
- Menerangkan maklumat tentang permainan dan tarikan, peraturan dan lain-lain kepada pelanggan.
- Memastikan pematuhan terhadap garis panduan operasi.
- Mengambil bahagian dan membantu dalam program-program.
- Membantu dalam kerja-kerja lain yang diarahkan oleh atasan.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hotel Management/ Tourism/ Event Management or Culinary ANY equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Wyndham Suites KLCC.
- Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holidays and overtime.
- Willingness to work on morning (9.30am - 5.30pm) or afternoon shift (2.00pm – 10.00pm)
- Required skill(s): Cashier, Customer Service
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible.
- No experience required, on job training provided.
- Minimum commitment of 12 weeks internship.
Kelayakan
- Calon mesti memiliki atau sedang mengikuti Sijil/ Diploma/ Ijazah dalam Hotel Management/ Tourism/ Event Management or Culinary atau kursus yang setaraf dengannya.
- Pemohon mesti telah divaksin sepenuhnya.
- Pemohon mesti bersedia bekerja di Wyndham Suites KLCC.
- Sanggup bekerja 6 hari seminggu termasuk pada hujung minggu, cuti umum dan lebih masa.
- Sanggup bekerja pada syif pagi (9.30am - 5.30pm) atau petang (2.00pm – 10.00pm)
- Kemahiran yang diperlukan: Juruwang, Khidmat Pelanggan
- Kemahiran Bahasa yang diperlukan: Bahasa English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Sikap kerja yang positif, rajin dan bertanggungjawab.
- Pengalaman tidak diperlukan, latihan sambil kerja akan disediakan.
- Komitmen minimum 12 minggu untuk latihan industri.
