Reference Access Offer (RAO)

The Reference Access Offer (RAO) is published by i-R&D Sdn Bhd in compliance with the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access issued by the Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM).

All requests to obtain a copy of the RAO are subject to verification. Requesters are required to complete the designated request form and provide the necessary documentation prior to the release of any RAO materials.

✅ Eligibility

Access to the RAO is restricted to licensed service providers registered under MCMC and other relevant stakeholders as defined under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

📌 Required Documentation

Requesters must submit the following supporting documents together with their request:

• Company Profile
• Valid MCMC Licence copy

⌚ Processing Timeline

All submissions shall be acknowledged within 3–5 working days from the date of receipt. Subsequent processing, including verification and internal clearance, will be carried out in accordance with i-City's regulatory compliance procedures.
